Do I need a bookkeeper if I already have an accountant?
Yes — bookkeepers keep your day-to-day records accurate, while accountants use those records for tax and strategy. Good bookkeeping usually reduces your accountant bill significantly.
Are you a Registered BAS Agent?
BAS preparation and lodgement is performed under the supervision of a Registered BAS Agent, in full compliance with TPB requirements.
Which software do you work with?
Primarily Xero (I'm a Certified Associate) and MYOB. If you're on another platform, get in touch and I'll let you know if I can help.
How much does bookkeeping cost?
Pricing depends on volume and complexity. Book the free 30-minute health check and I'll give you a clear, fixed-scope quote.
I'm months behind on my books — can you help?
Absolutely. Catch-up work is one of our specialities. We'll agree on a fixed-scope catch-up first, then move you onto regular monthly bookkeeping.
Do you work with clients outside Springfield Lakes?
Yes — everything is cloud-based, so we work with small businesses across Australia.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. We use secure cloud platforms (Xero, MYOB) with bank-grade encryption, and never share client information.
