Staying with MYOB

Plenty of established businesses run MYOB and have no good reason to move. We support it fully — reconciliation, coding, payroll and BAS preparation under the supervision of a Registered BAS Agent — in the file you already have.

We will not push you to change software to suit us. If you are better off staying where you are, we will say so.

When switching is worth considering

There are situations where moving to Xero genuinely helps: if you want easier access from a phone, if several people need to work in the file at once, or if your current setup is a desktop version tied to one computer. If none of those apply, the migration effort is rarely worth it.

What we look at first

With any existing file, the first job is establishing whether the numbers can be relied on: does the closing balance match the bank statement, are there transactions sitting unreconciled, and has the GST coding drifted. That review tells us — and you — what actually needs doing.
