Set up once, properly

Xero is straightforward once it is configured well, and a persistent drag when it is not. A generic chart of accounts produces tidy reports that tell you nothing; careless bank rules miscode transactions confidently for months.

Training, not dependence

Most owners want to stay hands-on with invoicing and reconciliation, and that is a good instinct. We train you on the parts you should own, and take on the parts that carry risk — GST treatment, payroll, and BAS under the supervision of a Registered BAS Agent.

Moving from something else

Migration from MYOB, another package or spreadsheets is well-trodden. The parts that matter are choosing a sensible changeover date — usually the start of a quarter or financial year — and bringing opening balances across correctly, because errors there follow you.

If your file is already a mess, that is fixable too. A catch-up clears the backlog and a setup review stops it recurring.
